Here is a great video from a lady I follow on youtube. (yes, I follow a lot of wls patients on you tube :D)
She tells about an experiment she performed with her co-workers to educate them in a funny way.

Thanks for sharing! :)
I am the one of the few people who thought this WAS easy! It was like a miracle. Compared to every other diet I tried for decades it was a piece of cake. Well not actually cake but you get the picture.
That lady won't be using her coffee saucer and baby silverware forever.
Forever is a long time. :D
But I know I still benefit from my bariatric utensils.
When I eat in a different place my bites are still way too big.
I guess some people never learn...
Were my bites really that small in the beginning? They certainly are not like that now. I don't use the baby utensils that I used to use in the very beginning, but I do use a salad fork and small spoon. I also don't use the smallest plate, but the one in between the dinner plate. Very informative video.
Well it is still the easier way out. Lord knows I tried when I was fat and was unsuccessful. This was much easier. Was it always a walk in the park, no but definitely easier. :)
Great video, thanks for the sharing
