Edit Signature, How?

Obviously I've done this before. I seem to be having a brain fart this morning and can't find where/how to do it. Help.
Thank you!

1. Click on "Control Panel" (found in the green section toward the top of the website page)
2. Click on "Edit Signature" (found on the left side of the Control Panel page)

My signature has been locked for over a year and won't let me change it at all. Anybody else having that problem?
