Hi y'all
Not at all sure what to say here. After YEARS of waiting, hoping, & being disappointed, I'm finally able to see surgery clearly in the near future. I don't have a date yet - finishing up a sleep study and then I'll go on the schedule. My clinic is BVSA - Blue Valley Surgical Associates in the Kansas City area. I'm anxious and worried....

Welcome to a wonderful support group! Please ask anything -- someone will have the answer, or help you find one. And the query(magnifying glass) is great for topics that have been addressed as well.

Re: Hi y'all
Welcome and congratulations on making the decision to have your surgery. It is a life changing experience and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made, wish I had done it sooner!
It's perfectly normal to be a little nervous. Just take this time to read up and study as much as you can about the procedure and what to expect. Knowledge is power for sure in this situation. Don't be afraid to ask questions, there are veterans (and newbies) who are more than willing to help and share their experiences.
Don't worry, YAY for you!
