Then we moved to Taiwan (Summer 2014), my kitchen became a shoe box and I had to store most of my kitchen tools in storage, so I kept the IP (since it could be used as a slow cooker too).
Used it for everything, making soup, stews, steam veggies...even fast boiled eggs is better, taking off the shell is so easy that way!
Had a long Summer in France in 2015, got one for our house in France, so convenient with so many guests, I could whisk a meal in no time...even got the pot with non stick ceramic inside.
Besides the Instant Pot, I cut more small pieces since the sleeve, so more wood boards, better knives too.
Lots of parchemin paper to roast veggies or meat in the oven.
a few muffin pans with ceramic coating to make small crustless quiches, fish and meat loaf etc even froze bone broth in there to be able to portion it ...
I also use different mixers, one hand mixer for soups, one "bullet kind" for protein shakes and one tiny glass bowl mixer to do small preps and not have to clean the "beast"...if I need only a small amount..
PS : forgot about the Kitchenaid!!! Had an Artisan for many years (even in my tiny kitchen in Taiwan!), also got one for our other house. I'm not baking that much but like to whisk my egg white for savory things in there, it's much better than a manual whisk and I can do something else in the mean time. I also like to use the meat grinder attachment. Especially since the sleeve, I've been using more ground beef or pork since it's easier for my stomach, and the best way to get lean meat is to make it myself really lean and discard all fat! so I buy meat in bulk when on sale, my husband help me prep and I freeze many convenient one pounds bags that way.
Also with my hand arthritis getting so bad those past months, I use it more to protect my hands, even for simple tasks like an omelet.
I LOVE my Instant Pot!
I heard there are these great egg quiche like thing you do in molds in the Instant Pot and that is my next goal- to try these- as I think they would be a great work meal. Apparently much like the expensive suvide eggs at Starbucks.

Dutchie what a great thread!
Yassssss to all of the above. I have always loved to cook, but post sleeve I'd say my top favs are:
1) Instapot
2) Air Fryer
3) 10 inch skillet
4) Nutribullet for smoothies, shakes and even veggies
5) Mini muffins pans for portion control
6) Mug warmer plate I use to keep my dinner plates warm while eating $20 on Amazon
7) New Ice trays that are long and skinny the ice fits directly into water bottles and protein waters.

I would add Ninja Pro for smoothies, gas grill and small crockpot (2 quart).
I’ve been eyeing the instapot/air fryer with interest. I’m waiting for the price to drop and/or sale price.
I found my instapot and my air fryer for around $49 and $39 respectively at Walmart. They always have them on sale around the holidays. I got them during Memorial Day Sale.

I've also heard some good things about the Air Fryer.
I want one of those in due time.
A friend of mine (also a wls person) has lots and lots of recipes for this thing.
I love it too! I got a great cookbook by The Bluejean Chef just for airfryer at Walmart.

Well 1-10 for me would be my Ninja Foodi! I was looking for a IP/Air Fryer when I saw the Foodi, got one and was blown away by all it could do. Bakes. broils, air fries, saute, steam and dehydrate! I don't hardly use my stove/oven anymore because this thing does everything.

What??? I didn't realize you could get these so cheap! That's fantastic! I have to keep my eye out for sales. 4th of July is coming up soon. BTW - check out the Skinnytaste website for some great air fryer recipes.
DLKnives - the Ninja Foodi looks like a blast too. I love those infomercials but it's a little out of my price range

It is kinda pricey but the best thing I've ever bought. I got it in November and just use it all the time.
Re: What are (were) your top ten kitchen gadgets?
I have never seen a Ninja Foodi in Europe (yet).
Sounds great though!
Re: What are (were) your top ten kitchen gadgets?
Ninja Foodi is the best according to friends...that’s what I’m going to buy ;-)
Re: What are (were) your top ten kitchen gadgets?
I will just have to patiently wait until that thing comes to Europe.
Ans I have mastered the art of patiently waiting to perfection... NOT.
I also can't order it online, because you guys have 110 V, and we have 230 V.
That is not going to work...
