Hi Everyone, my name is Mandy. Im new here. Just looking for some advice etc
Im getting sleeved on the 6th of January.
What vitamins did people take? Im a bit vain and definitely don't want my hair falling out, also I am doing this to be healthy, not go from one health issue to another!

I take a multi vitamin, CoQ10, a Hair, Skin & Nails supplement (with biotin), Vit C, fish oil and a calcium/vitamin D. Both the CoQ10 and the Hair/Skin/Nails supplement have B complex vitamins in them, so I spread them around so they have the best chance of working. I lost about 3/4's of my hair after a severe illness 3 years ago, so completely understand about the hair loss!

I'm excited of the possibilities that I could loose weight with sleeving to I have been talking to people I no and they helped me to decide that it would be a good idea for me to talk to my doctor about it and get a referral to see Dr Hehir .Do you like having had the sleeving done or do you regret it ,I hope that it worked out well for you.

Hi Mandy I'd like to know how you are going now you are sleeved. How did you find Dr Hehir? I haven't met him yet but my gp says he s good.
