Have any of you sleevers tried this????

Okay, minds out of the gut....... This morning with my 1/2 cup of fresh brew Hot Coffee, I added 1 scoop (1/3 of portion) of Emtenan Whey Natural Vanilla protein powder. Stirred with my Battery Operated Coffee Milk Drink Mixer. The result was great, a smooth cup of real coffee, with 7 grams of Protein. Give it a try... 15 Days Post Op....... Think of it as a Coffee Latte with 7 G's of Protein, I was going to try a can of Tuna but could not find the can opener, so I decided to use the Whey instead.... J

Nope. I drink fat free latte's and there's 8.5 g of protein in skim milk so I'm good with that. But it sounds yummy. :)

I just do my coffee with skim milk as cream. Or skinny vanilla lattes if I'm out for a delicious treat! But getting protein in sounds like a good idea, if it doesn't taste weird.

You are so fun! Tuna coffee you may need to post on u-tube :p I have not tried vanilla protein powder but am interested now :) Here is what one of my current favorites. I heat up 8oz of Fairlife skim milk (13g protein for 8 oz) in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Then add a few drop if liquid stevia and a little drop of vanilla. Then I pour in 6 oz of hot peach tea (I use two two tea bags to make it strong). All of that together makes me happy and I get in more protein:)
