HI Everyone
I am well and am still down and still wearing the size 10's (UK) but i have gained a 2kg due to my activity levels having gone down because of my shoulder problem. I have not been able to get to the gym and do my usual workout as my shoulder was/is too painful. Today I went back to the musculo skeletal doctor and have had another injection and treatment and hopefully it will improve my mobility. I am almost at a frozen shoulder :( I am hoping to start personal training again next week and thereafter get back into my routine as i am going on a trek in 6 weeks time. TG for this forum as it helps to keep me on track. It also helps with everyone who has done well and motivation, so thank you to everyone. :)
