My most recent before & after...

My son thinks I should use the pictures that he took so I will try to put them in the comments. I recently bought clothes that fit me and they are amazed at how much I've lost. I'm happy they are proud of me because I love and breathe for my babies. I hope y'all are having as good of a journey as I am... God bless!

Great progress so far Michelle! I absolutely loved my sleeve journey. It is such a wonderful trip and I enjoyed every minute of it. It is great that your kiddos are so proud of you...and why wouldn't they be? You took control of your life back. You are a great role model for them!! Kudos!!

Thank y'all! I thought I would get sidetracked with my current issues but I've stayed focused and disciplined. Now I have the question... how do I not get too skinny? Lol
Re: My most recent before & after...
When you find out, let me know please? LOL
Re: My most recent before & after...
Who ever thought "not getting skinny" would be a thing!
I try to keep a bit more than my lowest because my face gets gaunt - not a pretty look on us oldsters.

The first year is when you lose the most. But the closer you get from your "goal", the slowest the weight loss. So no worries!
One easy way to "stop the weight loss" will be to increase slightly your good carbs (complex). And the further you are, the more you can eat.
You go from a few bites to 1/3 of a plate at like 2 years. It does help to be able to stop the "losing".
Never had that issue, never will! but I do understand that could be stressful, because not losing or losing too much are the same thing : it's a control issue! and it is frustrating!
Take care

Looking great Michelle!
I was willing to settle on my goal weight, my body had other ideas. My weight is where it was 50 years ago. My Drs are pleased with my weight and all vitamin/mineral levels. As long as I’m healthy and feel great I don’t fret.

Don't worry about getting too thin, Michelle; as long as you're following a healthy lifestyle it will be fine! You look wonderful and it's great to see that you're so much more positive and moving forward through this thing we call "Life." Continued success!!

You look fabulous!
And kudos to you for not being "sidetracked with my current issues". It takes a lot of self discipline to stay focused in trying times. I take my hat off to you.
