Media hound ... Someone's trying to kill this site!
Dear @MediaHound (that's the person who keeps this website running),
Clearly, someone's trying to murder this site. Would you please get rid of all the spam and the spammers, so we can get back to the business at hand -- vertical sleeve gastrectomy patients who support each other in their efforts to assess and obtain VSG surgery and their subsequent weight loss and weight maintenance efforts.
Thank you.

Re: Media hound ... Someone's trying to kill this site!
Blueberries and strawberries are in season now and incredibly inexpensive. Splurge! :)

I imagine it's some VSG surgical broker / salesperson(s) who thinks it's a brilliant idea to attack websites sponsored by competitor surgeons.
Bless their hearts. :)

I've really been into avocadoes lately. Aldi usually has a great deal on mini-avocadoes -- just the right size to add to a protein/veggie salad. :)

The farther I get out from VSG surgery, the more interested I am in veggies and in plant-based protein. I'm never going to give up fish, chicken and occasional red meat. But the Morningstar Spicy Black Bean burgers are just delish! I put them in veggie-rich salads. Superb!

Thanks to the "lettuce scare" of 2019, I got a chance to become better acquainted with other salad greens -- like kale and arugula. In fact, I really like baby arugula and baby spinach now as my salad greens.
