Hey everyone! I'm sure this is a stupid question... But how quickly are you supposed to drink your shakes pre op and post op? Pre op do you just drink them and go or are you supposed to take your time drinking them? Thanks!

Post op you won't be able to drink them very quickly. The first few days it'd take me over an hour to drink a shake. Sometimes up to 2 1/2!!! Pre op it really doesn't matter.
Tip her back and drink her up!!!
In my book there are no stupid questions.
Practice, practice, practice. Learn to consume slowly now because after surgery, it is very uncomfortable. Also, it leaves you feeling full longer so try to drink over the course of half an hour.
