Re: Keto diet
Sort of. Since my being sleeved, my family (husband and 10 year old daughter) eats keto. I don't eat high fat, but I do eat low carb, under 20g carbs per day and follow most rules of keto. They don't follow macros either except for under 20g carbs per day (but they do get more fat than me and obviously more calories).

Re: Keto diet
I did low carb while losing but don't follow that now that I am in maintenance. I do know that if I started regaining I would go back to low carb. I also don't do high fat.

Re: Keto diet
I regained all the weight I lost from my surgery. This past August I started an eating program which puts you in fat burn (keto) while on the 5+1 plan. I lost 50 pounds in 5 months and love the program. I eat 800-1,000 calories a day with a goal of 40% carbs (goal of around 85 grams day), 40% protein and 20% fat. I eat 6 times a day (every 2-3 hrs), of which 5 are fuelings (each provides 20% of daily vitamin and mineral requirements) and one lean and green meal. Each fueling avgs 100-120 calories with 10-13 grams of protein and carbs.
