    I had my surgery on the 24th of april. I dont eat much bc i dont know what. Im eating my protein and drinking my water. I don't think im getting enough protein. I eat fast and it hurts. I eat fast bc im alway running errands and i dont have time to eat right

    Did Dr. Fearing do yur surgery? Have you been drinking your water.. I have seen a few people on you tube who have said that they notice they drop the weight faster when they are faithful about their water and protein. What phase are you in? Are you eating solids yet? How is your energy level?
