116 pounds gone

It has been 7 months since my surgery I have lost 116 pounds. I saw my doctor 4 weeks ago I had lost 100 pounds he thought my weight was perfect for my height and not to loose more. I am not trying I keep loosing but not real fast. Some of my family think I am too thin. I really don't don't have much loose skin. My arms are angel wings!! My thighs are a bit wrinkly and wrinkly knees which is strange. I had knee replacement 3 years ago and I think my new knees are larger than my real knees.
100 pounds gone!!!

It will be 6 months on the 23rd since I had my surgery. I lost 12 pounds the week before on liquid diet. I have lost 100 pounds since 3-16-12. I see my doctor the 23rd so I will see if he wants me to keep loosing. I am starting a 9 week walking program in October. I have not been real good at exercising so this will be great. I am starting in the morning to get ready-walking with friends will be good and fun. I am so thankful for my weight loss!! My doctor told me I have added 9-10 years to

FIve months ago today I was sleeved. I have lost 94 pounds, I am really feeling good now. Some people don't recognize me! It is so strange. I know I have lost weight but I don't think I see what they see! My legs are really skinny. I am 5'9 1/2. I haven't lost any hair yet. I have been terrible with my protien I guess it could still happpen. My taste buds are still off-not much taste good still not eating alot. I am not hungry!! Good luck to everyone on this journey!! Smaller pants-yikes!!
Yesterday I went to Dillards and the nicest lady helped me. I tried on so many pants. She made me realize I can wear a size 10 and 12 instead of 14. I bought a black and denim skinny jeans. My husband was shocked how much the 2 jeans cost-but it is so worth it. Later my husband said they looked so good it was worth it!!! YAY!!! Anyone who is about getting sleeved or thinking about it-it is so worth it!! There may be challenges at first but you will so glad you made the decision. I am now

Yesterday I took clothes to a consignment store. There were many they didn't take I was alittle frustrated a confused. I was just going to drop off and donate. I found a young girl to give them to-she was sooooo excited. I went home to put them in a bag. I found alot more clothes and took her two large trash bags of clothes. She was so happy and appreciative-that felt good. I am saving some of my favs. I stll have 2 1/2 more closets to clean out well really 3 I guess. It is so overwhelming!!!
