Hey there... M okay. Down to 84.5kg this week... So a little more than 15kg loss in almost 3 months... Was wondering if the 1kg loss per week is too slow or normal.., what do u think? I have sum trouble with food since past 1 week. M losing more hair, throwing more up, eating less and not liking it.

I guess I need to gear up on my exercise ... i have stopped walking since 2 weeks and i think that;s what keeping the weight on ...
just like you, i also dont like shakes so i try eating cheese, milk , eggs etc to fulfil my protein ... will see if the drinks you mentioned are in the supermarkets here ...

Yup i can also eat evrything even fried stuff! Went on a crazy food ride last week cos of a wedding so now m trying to get back into the healthy choices. No more junk n sodas for me. I even didnt hav troubl with straw for drinks. Just threw up ince after having beef.... So avoiding that.

Ur weig loss is good so continue wat u r diung. Wats ur daily food regime n exercise routine.

Today I worked out for 1 hr. Yay me!!!! And I feel amazing

I'm so-so. I did lose 12 lbs already but that's been the same for 3 days now. I'm not feeling well today but not anything surgery related. Just bordum I guess. Was gonna ask if u have lost anything but I just read ur message below. I bet u can't wait to see!!!!!

Im 5 days post op and feeling great but not home yet im in California and I dont have a scale.....everyone is telling me im losing already but I have been on the go since surgery idk if thats a good thing or a bad thing:/
