Hi dlwilliams. I'm new to the page, and saw that you're a few months out now. How are you doing? I'm at the very beginning of my journey; information meeting on Monday. I'd love to hear about your journey so far.

I am 12 days out from my surgery that was the 22nd of August. Things are really going great no complications at all. The gas but it was just little uncomfortable to rate it i would say 3 just a little nagging other than that great. I went to see my regular dr one week after surgery great news no more bp pills no more sugar pills . and a weigth loss of 13 pounds. Yes 13 pounds I am so excited about this new journey I am on my husband and family have been really great and friends also. Bout all I can say for you all that are getting ready to have surgery remember walk I did alot of it right from the start that is the main thing keep up and walking.
