That is your meal plan. I will have to say I am struggling with water. I can get about 50-60 oz in a day and protein...I am less successful. Protein shakes I make at home help. Chobiani yogurt is high in protein...I don't know if you have heard of frothing...but it is wretched. Chew chew chew! I threw up one time and it was from taking a chewable multivitamin I purchased from the office...everyone is different. They might suit you. There are options too...I was going to go and purchase a crystal vitamin powder I just haven't made it there yet. Good to meet you too!

hello curious george I will have to say that you should be prepared for about a week and a half to recover. I only took a week off of work and in hindsight I feel that two weeks would have been better for me. Everyone is different though. The first 3 days I thought this was the worst choice I could have made. I weigh myself once a week so as far as weight goes...on day 35 I had lost 32 lbs. My fasting blood sugar has dropped to under 100 for the last two weeks and my knee pain is all but gone. They are very specific about their meal plans. Until you can get 80 g. of protein and 100 oz. of water.

Do they provide a pretty detailed list for post - op liquid and follow up meal plans or is that something I will need to specifically ask for? I noticed in the office they have protein supplement for sale, did you use their products or others for that 'liquid' phase? Good to meet you.
