I just learned how to freeze berries and bananas so they won't stick together.
Put plastic wrap on a cookie sheet and place berries (without touching) or sliced bananas, place the sheet in the freezer overnight.

It is always after I have had carbs. Weird huh? It's what I do. It's crazy.
I contribute it to eating carbs.
Funny because I normally have a hard time sleeping through the night.
I don't have sleep apnea either.

I am so blown away.
First, I have tried every shake I could possibly get my hands on. YUCK! besides tasting like crap, they made me very gassy, bloated and gave me loose stool.
I was miserable. I stopped taking the shakes and vitamins because of how aweful I felt. ( I know, Bad girl )Then I was told about malabsorbtion. I was on a mission of great tasting shakes that were easy on my system.
Well I found them, If I could ever give you any advice about anything,
