I am doing well post op with weight loss from 289 to 220 but very slow now with less than a pound weekly. I bought a Pilates machine and it helps with daily exercise and I use a Blendtek blender to make fruit/veggie smoothies daily to maintain good nutritional balance. I use FITDAY program online to monitor calories, activities, mood, journal entries and goal progress.
I was originally 321 pounds before I lost the required 10% down to 289 prior to surgery, so I look and feel 100 pounds lighter!
