I am so depressed!!!

I had my surgery on the 9th and I am down 17 pounds. My problem is the protein, it all makes me ill. I know I need thr protein, but I can't find even one that I can tolerate. I take my vitamins and supplements and drink water. I know I was dehydrated and have been continually drinking. Am I the only one who feels this way?
