Getting into the swing of things...

Its been a little while since Ive posted, mostly due to being back at work and getting back to reality.
Work was really tiring for the first week, but I am happy to report that I have developed some positive habits and I have surprised myself! Works great at keeping me busy, but I sometimes have some awkard moments when my colleagues invite to me lunch with them in the common area. Since I told them all I was taking annual leave and made no mention of surgery, they are all so surprised
A day of firsts...

Easter Monday turned out to be a day full of firsts and motivation, after my couch potato effort the day prior!
Up early, walked for 45 mins with my german, went to Westfield to buy new work pants... and it turns out I have dropped TWO sizes in three weeks! I had no idea, I knew my clothes were a little looser but two sizes.... incredible and the first time in at least two years since I have been this size!
So with all that confidence I went with my partner to the local pub which

Its Easter Sunday and the weather is average...
I have been couch bound all day, and i can come up with any excuse under the sun (not that its shining) as to why that is... for example:
I overdid it yesterday with a two hour walk and boxing in the sun;
I am VERY pre-mentrual;
I had a massage yesterday that left me in more pain than i started with;
I am nervous about going back to work on Tuesday;
Need I go on...?
I feel like I have snacked all day,
