I am doing great! I am losing more slowly than some, but am delighted with my weight loss. I don't have a tremendous amount of flabby skin, and my surgeon is very happy with my progress. You look amazing! You are absolutely beautiful! Keep up the good work!

That is awesome! I am down 88 so far. I currently weigh 177...I really would like to get to 150...but it might take me another 4-5 months. I have been doing A LOT of weight lifting in an effort to tone up...even at the cost of not losing weight...since I am probably gaining muscle. Keep in touch

My goodness hello!! How are you, has healing and adjusting all gone well? I am down almost 90lbs now and doing exceptionally well. I run a 3K 6 days a week and my life has completely changed!

Oh my gosh! That is amazing, since your last post I have been thinking about ya, you seemed so sad and for some reason that stuck with me!!! Congrats, im a slower loser I think 5 weeks tomorrow down 31 lbs, just started on solids last week. Was on liquid for a mth!!! OMG! It was tough! Im good, I am hoping to feel somewhat normal soon, not to eat like I used to but to eat normally, eating now seems like a chore. You are such a gorgeous woman! keep it up! So glad to hear from you.... I never come on here anymore.

Hey, just wanted to say hi , hope you are feeling better now, I am 7 days post op and drinking liquids til I feel like I might float away, just taking it 1 day at a time. Keep posting!

I'm still very weak from the blood loss. I'm also taking Lortab around the clock for this pain or spasm feeling I'm having in my upper abdomen. Does anyone else have that feeling? I can't tell if its my stomach or esophagus spasming..

Thank you all so much for all the sweety comments. My blood got too thin from the heparin, which made me bleed too much. I'm really weak right now, but I'm passing that will get better fast. I start full liquids tomorrow, and I'm SO nervous. I'm worried I'm going to not tolerate the full liquids :-( please continue to keep me in your prayers, I need them!!
