I an awesome product ,,, im sure youve heard of p90x and the insanity workout from the infomercials right well no i havent lost my mind and delved into one of those but they do offer a program called shakeology which is great for us "sleevers" because of having to do the liguid thing , the shakes taste amazing and unlike some of the others ure not hungry after having one the nutritional content is all off the charts and ive gotten so much energy from it i get up at 6 am (even though the kids are out of school and i dont have to get up )and at my water aerobics class by 7 haha i sound like a one woman infomercial i know but this stuff is great ,, i had trouble finding on the shelf products that i could swallow i dont like gritty ones and the ones with the funky after taste is a no go too but there are 3 flavors of this one chocolate tropical strawberry and a greenberry i been using the chocolate and the strawberry i wish everybody who is getting or has had the sleeve would hear about it i was so excited i didnt know what to do with all my new energy ,, ive suffered so long with fibro myalgia arthritis and all the problems with my back and neck i just sat still doing nothing now i feel like the lil pink bunny i can give u some more info on it if ya like . now im not saying it miraculously took away all my aches and pains but theyre bearable and im moving and that says alot

I didn't go overboard with eating everything in the lead up time but I did go on a bit of a 'last time I'll have this" spree. Therefore, when I'd normally skip dessert after dinner out, I'd have the cheesecake as I'd tell myself this was the last time! I had quite a few 'last times.' lol

Funnily enough, once the surgeon had planted the idea in my head to 'stop eating when you're feeling full,' I found myself eating much less of a main meal than I would have normally for the past couple of months. I guess I never thought to consciously register that before.

By the way, the pre-op diet, so the surgeon told me, was just for the purpose of shrinking the stomach away from the other organs. This will help the stapling and avoid anything else getting accidental stapled. It should also help remove the 'waste' once the stapling is done. The pre-op diet really has little to do with the post-op diet. It's merely an extra precaution for the surgery.

So I walked my son to school this morning after being a hermit for the past month due to back problems and I feel like I may drop dead!! God I got even fatter while I have been mobilized...My Dr. is going to be pissed !!! I really need to drop some serious poundage in the next 17 day !!.
