    Thst is great that there is another from my little town on this. Are still doing well?

    Doing well have lost 34 lbs. Had a stall for two weeks kind of stressed me out but doing good. I am able to eat almost anything some things that are hard still hurt but other than that all is good. I hope everyone is doing okay. One thing I have noticed all the groups I joined are not very active. Whats up with that? Have a great day.

    I am able to eat anything that is soft.Baked chicken ,ground meat,I like beans as a sub for meat. Protein shakes and bars. i lost 10 lbs before and i have lost 19 since surgery.how about you?

    We had surgery pretty close to eachother. How are you? What things are you eating now? How much weight have you lost since surgery?

    I am doing well. Trying to learn to eat and going back to work soon. I own a Curves and it is going to be hard to go back.
