Day 4 of my liquid Diet

Why was Days 1-3 better than today? I admit cheating on 12 Special K Crackers at work today, didn't make enough shake mix. I guess mentally I am prepared if I'm feeling a little regret for eating them, they weren't even that filling but it did help for the time being. All tests are in, date is set, I'm just ready for the next phase. Pictures coming soon!!
