Hi all. I've not been on here too often lately. I thought I would check in today, read through a few blogs and post my progress.
I see a lot of inspirational quotes on here, a lot of very caring people working together to achieve a common goal and a lot of very frustrated or concerned individuals.
Whichever you may be today, keep in mind that you could be different tomorrow. Take each day and make the most of it. If you're having a bad day, make it better. Don't

Damn scale. I'm so close the my next milestone. I stepped on the scale yesterday morning and it showed three zero zero point zero!!! That's 300.0 for those of you wondering. And this morning, stepped on there again and it showed 300.2. DANG IT!!! I want to see that 299 soooooo bad (and I have to see it for two days in a row to count it).

Time is flying and the weight just keeps on falling. I'm happy to report that I have officially passed the 150 pounds lost mark this week and have dropped 151 pounds!!
For those of you who are on this journey, you know this is not easy, there are multiple setbacks that must be managed and there are always hurdles to clear. But, as long as the process is followed, not always to a "T", success will come. It does not always come in numbers, meaning the weight loss isn't

So, I have been thinking about all the things that I will do when I reach my goal weight. There are lots and lots of great ideas and likely more things that I wlll do, because I can, than I have imagined so far.
But, there is one thing in particular that I can not WAIT to do. And I know that it will give me satisfaction beyond believe, even if it is a little rude and probably inappropriate.
Here's the story line. I send a lot of my clothes to the
