113 days in!!

It's been 113 days since I had my surgery. I've started my daily workout schedule & loving it. I am now at 115 in a size 16 from a size 24. I recently did my lab work & my protein levels went down 2 points so I know I have to be more aware of my intake. I will admit its been a struggle in making sure I intake my water & proteins. But I am more focus on my health then ever before! I pray everyone well in this journey of health & a better life style in this tool. I'm so proud
Started my walk regimen! 2nd week post-op

Today I feel a lot better!! Praise God, I now believe that by your 2nd week you start feeling yourself a little. I walked for 1 hour with my family, I feel great! Im now on full liquids & I'm doing good as far as rejecting any cravings. I use to love a good cup of coffee, now the smell of it makes my stomach turn....kinda crazy. But, I just can't wait to do more walking & start a great work out to keep me on track. My energy levels are better, the only thing I'm having an issue with
My post op appt
I had my post op doctors appt & all went well, I lost 15 lbs since the surgery. I'm healing fine & I'm managing my discomfort levels. I finally had a BM, & getting the gas out . I know sounds yucky but I wish they would of spoke more of this in some of my support classes, because the gas pains are the worst!!! I'm grateful all is going well. I make sure I walk & drink plenty of water & isopure. I'm looking forward to my new healthy life!!!!!
