April 13 was a year from my surgery. I am so happy. i feel more energy and more me. the feel to be overw still in me, but i working on that. now i am size 8-9 and before 16-18. still having difficult time with the rice, but is only that. get tired of drink vitamins. my hair is coming back (thanks God) using a lot of hair good product, eating egg, cheese and meat, turkey and chicken. Drinking my clear ensure everyday. it is delicious, that help a lot.

My Sex libid is GONE and when I said GONE IS GONE. my hair is so thing, becauase i lost so much.
Somebody told my husband that when you had this surgery you lost one of your senses which is associated with many memories in your life and brain. Right know i am figthing with two big issue in my life that is causing me this mental umbalance, but that I don't know wich may be. The gastric Sleeve is one and the Other one is Syndrome Post Tubal Ligation wich is associated with this kind of condition in womens. Right now i am taking mild antidepressent and no sure if that is helping me, the only I can say is that I am LOST IN MY OWN ME! I JUST WANT A BE HAPPY AGAIN.

Hi everybody! Long time no?
Well my journey is good for one side and bad for other
The good part is that I lose 50 pounds my weight now is 144/145 pretty good for 196 in the past.
Tha bad side is that I am struggling with Depress, and some kind of change in my personality, really dificult time.When I said change in my personality means many things. (I will mention some examples)
with before and afters.
Before I was so crazy with perfumes (Now my sense is gone)
Before I was so crazy dancing Merengue, Bachata, Salsa and Reketton (Now i hear the music and don't feel the vibration tha before make me move my hips. by the way I am from Dominican Republic.
after this surgery I feel that I am lost in my own me, I feel that I lost my adventure spirit, Vacations don't make me excited anymore. Nothing make me feel adrenaline o emotions or axcited...Is somenthing really weird. Smeel the food and no feel any relation or memory is crazy!

Here I go
I am almost 4 weeks and I start feeling pretty normal, but the past three were really dificult. Thanks Gos is in the past. My weight before the GS was 191 now I'm 165..I start eating more often and dring more liquid..Finally I can drink my coffee in the morning, that help me a lot; I still having problem with the Protein drink, but what I am doing is eating more food high in it. everyday I'm trying new things, so I can test my body and see what I tolerate better. No question abou this surgery. is restrictive 100%, no matter what is your felling or desire for eat, no way. YOU CAN'T. Everyday I look at my in the mirror and I can't believe what I see. Is me size 14 and 13 and a soft smile came on my face and that feeling is so nice.

Today was a really crazy day, between my baby sick yesterday, Work and work and , did I mention work?
I still awake, my hungry is gone with all the bussy day, I feel a little overwearmed, because my babies will be without me and that make me feel sad...but is for good cause.
I'm not nervous yet, but I thinking and (Remember when I am nervous, i want a cry)
