Hey Sue, had my Op on 3-15 lost 16 pounds since then (33lbs total). I'm trying very hard not to stress over numbers, scales as long as I am getting my fluid intake. we are supposed to be on a breakfast, lunch and supper now with snacks in between! Woow that is so much.... My day food wise is 8 oz protein shake (two scoops over skim milk a banana and ice chips) last me close to an hour to get it all gone. Lunch I love me some tuna fish (made with light mayo sweet peas and celery chopped well) and I have that and some Kelloggs rice chips. Supper I have been having a turkey burger with melted cheese on top. Haven't really been snacking in between cause I am not hungry but if I do get pickish I normally have a frozen edys fruit bar no sugar added or sugar free jello. Best of luck to you.... Oh and I don't do fruit juices as they have so much sugar so I am sticking to water!
