Hi Ellen, welcome to this fantastic forum. It is a wealth of knowledge, support and encouragement. I want to wish you all the very best for your surgery on Wednesday. The best advice given to me by a fellow 'sleever' is; do everything as instructed by your surgeon and stick with the diet plan to the letter! The weight will drip off you. Monday is week 7 post op for me and I've lost 14kg. I've just come through a 2 week plateau so don't fret about this happening to you, I'm told it happens and it's normal. Another sleever who inspires me is RAINBOW. Read her blog - she's been through quite a journey. Well worth the read.
