It has been a year since you wrote me saying you wish you could post pictures of a smaller you...well it looks like you got your wish sweety! congrats on so many things!!! you look great!

Wow, look at you! I li e the wedding picture you are beautiful!!! I can't wait to get on a real computer and see it better... I am just using my phone for internet right now, so i never get on here much :-( Congrats on the wedding and the bun in the oven ;-) its all so exciting... I'm happy for you doll.

slower grrrr hun iv not lost anything not even a pound for 7/8 weeks now .im really really pee'd off lol. im doing everythin i can i wish i could have a massive drop again like just after surgery.lol. i really really wanted another 2 stone off(28 pounds) but its just not shifting .i try and get to the gym 3/4 times a week and i swim about 4/5 times a week when i can .i just hope and pray this isnt all im gonna loose because ill never get my tummy tuck if i dont.lol, anyway other than that yes im feeling amazing and soooo much better than earlier in the year.

Yeah the weight comes off a little slower as we get closer to out goal... but I'm willing to wait (and work hard) besides it feels so much better to be where we are now doesn't it. So, just stay focused on making good food choices and I don't get discouraged it will eventually all come off. I do understand what you are feeling though. I would have loved to have more of the weight of before my walk down the isle, but I do love every minute of being married so far ;-)
You know I was married on June 9th and I have lost 15lbs since then - I'm not sure how many stones that is LOL but I like it... I'm losing abt 5lbs a month now which is slower, but I have been going to the gym and lifting weight to build my muscle and I feel great!!
So, chin up you will look great on your wedding day and all the days to follow!! I will look for you on facebook!
