My 1st and 2nd NSV's in the same day...yeeeehaaaawwww

Well today i'm 6 weeks postop and i've had not one but two NSV's on the same day and i am totally stoked!!! The first was i went to the gym for the first time in (forever) and managed to workout (cardio) for a full hour at moderate intensity. I can't hardly believe it! Before surgery i could barely walk for 5 mins (through malls etc) without huffing and puffing and then having to sit down due to sore knees but today i could have gone longer if i wanted to...crazy good lol.
