Yep have gained 10 lbs since February its my mess up, guess a "relapse" if you will. I am worried I stretch my sleeve, is this possible? I refuse to go back to the guy who did my surgery. I am excited to say that I am finally able for the first time in my life handing down my clothes to someone else cause they are too big I went from a tight 3x to a nice 1x to ex large I am so please with my results so far, now I can't wait to go shopping cause I officially have no winter clothes )))

I am 4 months out p/o I am basically averaging about 10 lbs a month weight loss, my doc says that a good steady pace to loose but I feel I should be looseing more. What are some of you averaging a month wih weight loss?

hi happy sleevers!! I am now 4 days shy of being 3 months post op have lost a total of 39 lbs. I am happy with the results rather it come off slowly then having it all come off at once but now i have noticed my hair is starting to fall out i know this would happen.I have thick hair as it is so I dont have to worry about bald spots. But i really am getting tired of my shower drain looking as if i just washed my dog in the tub!! my question is when will it stop? Is there anything anyone had found
