Hey my Sista! I'm doing well. Had a week stall but I appear to be coming out of it. Had a terrible bout with constipation. So I'm having to monitor it. I'm at 50% of my goal weight loss and I'm really starting to gain some confidence in my swag. Lol! I've noticed folks noticing me that would have never given me a second look before. How funny!

Hello. I am doing great. Glad surgery went well. I had previously researched your doctor but discovered he didnt accept care credit or other credit cards at the time so I ended up in mexico paying cash. I haven't followed the post but did alot of people express interest in a meetup?

Congrats on your surgery and thanks for the welcome message. I am glad I found a good support site. I know it will help me stay motivated. Good luck on your recovery. Things go easier once the stitches are removed and you can reintroduce real food into your diet.

Hey, congrats on your surgery! I'm doing better each day. I gained 6lbs in the hospital but now have averaged to lose about 2lbs a day. I have three shakes a day and occasionally a Popsicle or yogurt or pudding. I had a lot of nausea after surgery but was given nausea pills to take for 10 days so that's helped a lot. Only issue I have is this sharp pain on my left side above my rib when I take a deep breath. I called the nurse and she said its common since that's the area where the incision is where the stomach was removed and there are also internal stitches. But other than that, I can't complain. So how was your process?

Remember to do deep breathing filling your lungs. I so wish that it only stays a cold. Take care of yourself and let me know how it is going in a few days
