My clothes are fitting differently but not where I want it...in my belly area!! lol I have a dr visit june 1st so I guess I will get the green light to start walking at the gym soon. What foods do you eat tomorrow will be 4 weeks for me. I need food ideas...got any :-) ??? Thanks so much.. keep in touch....

I'm glad to hear you are moving along. And yes, i know what you mean about the energy level. I know mine has gotten a lot better, but there are still days, that especially since i went back to work, that i am just plain tired and don't want to do anything. My son and i joined a gym and that seems to have helped me some.

Congrats on the 31 lbs!! That is fantastic!!! Do you feel the clothes fitting differently? That was the best feeling to me, seeing how big some clothes are getting now. Keep up the great work, and please keep in touch!!

I just want to see how you are feeling? How did you do with the liquid weeks? Things are going well here, i went back to work, and feel like i've never left, lol. But i am 60 lbs lighter so i am very happy with that. I hope you are doing great!!

As you know what a journey this has been...wow....I am on day 8 and I am missing food sometime very much but I think thats head hunger anyway...I am eating creamy soups and approaching being of 2nd week. Well.......my surgery was postponed last week to this tuesday, april 24. I sure do want this overwith. I have been on liquid diet since april 3rd and I tried of it all LOL.... This last week just stressed me out.
I am happy that you are doing well... I sure do hope mine goes quickly. Thanks so much for checking in wth me. I am a bit scared...but will go thru it because I know i need too.. hugsss

Everything went great.. I did have alot of nausea and vomiting afterwards, I think from the cold icechips, etc.. Seems that did not agree with me! Once I got hot cocoa and luke warm water, I was much better!!
i can drink cold, now, though..
Doing better everyday!

Hi! All went great with my surgery. Just got home so I am pretty tired. Looking forward to sleeping in my own bed. But absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out! Counting the days for yours!
