Hurry up and wait!

I'm in the process of waiting on insurance to approve my surgery so I'm getting a little impatient. I really just want to get this done so I can feel better and lose this weight.
I first talked to my regular Dr. about weight loss surgery in October/November of 2011. To my surprise he was completely for it! I was pretty sure I was going to get all the negative reasons NOT to do it but instead he referred me to Dr. LaMasters here in DM. I made my appointment to attend the informational
