I got my sleeve in March, and although I have not gained weight, I am not losing like I was. I know I need to exercise more than just walking the dogs. Lost 75 lbs in 7 months, then stayed the same the last 3 weeks. Need to eat better. I know how, I just need to do it!

i'm getting nervous as the time moves forward, but really excited too just really ready to go and get this over with so I can stop stressing. I'm trying to book my flight now before the cost keeps going up. Just want to make sure and do everything right

Doing good today - taking it easy though!! I've got that dizzy thing going on and the muscle pains in the sides so I'm researching stuff on the computer, talking to gastric sleeve friends and ordering garden seeds!! I was telling Sunflower how our hospital experiences were so different - I couldn't get rid of the nurses :-) Still amazed that I had most of my stomach taken out just a week ago! I just baked an egg custard so that's going to be dinner. The hardest part of this is NOT cooking - NOT eating is not a problem! My poor hubby can't eat everything or he'll need the surgery! It's a beautiful day here - got the windows open and spring has sprung! Gotta love it!! How about you?

Well - amazing - 7 days out and 13 lbs down! I haven't seen this side of 230 in YEARS, decades maybe ;->
Still having gas pains, trying to figure out how I can start the garden and not violate the exercise rules. Made a boo-boo that way Saturday - went to the plant nursery, walked around forever, bent over a lot picking up plants - paid for that one BIG TIME! I'm still sore. It's just hard to remember how "big" a surgery this is cause you feel so good so soon afterwards. I'll remember now for sure! Take care everybody :-)

Wow!! Hi everybody! Thanks for thinking of me!! I can't believe this - 2 days later - literally 48 hours and I feel GREAT!! I think the hotel has magic broth :-) cause I really do feel alot better after having that.
First afternoon after surgery - good, first night - not so hot (gas pains). Tuesday - main problem - felt like I was having hunger pangs all day (could feel my stomach growling - so I know it WASN'T all in my head!). And I just felt a little blah-wanted out of the hospital I think. Today though - wow! After I had that broth and popsicle, I was good to go. Found some Jello across the street from the hotel at a little market too(oh - and they are telling you the truth, the cars WILL stop for you in a crosswalk even though it looks like they never would!). We actually stopped and watched several groups cross the street before my hubby was willing to risk it! He says he hasn't seen me walk that fast in years :-) So I hope you have as easy a time as I did. Sorry it took so long to post 0 guess I was just feeling a little lazy!
