Hello Marianne I will be in the same boat as you I am 5'8 starting at 190 will have the sleeve on 12/10/12, do you have any tips that you can give me to help the progress along, I am excited and nervous at the same time, also if you don't mind me asking how about the scars thanks and congrats on the weight loss

Hola ... i have been away a litter to much, but i have great news this almost my fourth month i have lost 4o pounds so happy and so proud! loveing my new size... Omg! from a size 14 to size 6 incredible but true, getting a lot of attention many people with positive and nagative comments but what it counts is that i am happy!!! started walking today (AGAIN) trying to drink a lot of water, no eating as i want but making a lot of soup is my favorite food , i stop smoking my sleeve dont like smoke jajajja not missing one cigarrete, excuse my english is not so good, just wanting to keep you post it!!! good luck every one

Hello thanks... feeling great is almost on month on my sugery... uff what a journey but the only thing a regret is not having it done before... i am on my puree diet but prefer soup... i have manage to make my own recipe and i love them ... fish soup, chicken soup. beans soup and so on is a litter bit harder for me i can not tolerated milk or cheese but i try to be calm after i eat ... need to drink more water ...i have stop smoking, and drinking coffee... and lost 22 pounds GOD IS GOOD!!

I wish you good luck on your journey. I am actually planning a trip to DR in October. I just was sleeved on Monday and this trip will be the first time I stroll the beach since my surgery.
