well i had to do a 7 month program because of my insurance and i have been a smoker since i was 15 so i have stoped that Dec 17 was my 1st day off so that really has been hard but they are just now setting my date for March 25th and ever since i have found this site i am now even more excited about having it cause there is only 1 person i know thats had this and its like she dont want no one to know she has had it so from here i am learning alot so nice to meet you and keep up the good work you really look gr8

I'm on my way to the grocery store but needed some information about the post-op food I should buy. I believe the nutritionist said things like broth, jello, sugar-free popsicles, but what else can I have? I'm just trying to be prepared. My husband and I are having surgery 4 days away from each other, I hope I'll be able to manage making sure both he and I eat properly.
