So ive had a REALLY BAD cpl of weeks, first i had a complete hysterectomy a cpl weeks ago, then 2 days after i ended up getting a staph infection in my arm! Ive been in pure hell and had to go back into surgery on my arm! So i think im the only one ever who hasnt eatin more that a cpl hundred calories a day since this all began and hasnt lost a lb......grrrrr.......i havent gained any but i was hoping to have lost another 10 after being so sick....atleast some benefit over being ill!! I wanna make my own protein bars does anyone have any recipes? I have unflavored protein powder, and i like oatmeal n mine! But any recipes would b nice to try!

Have had a great experience so far, i have lost 28 lbs n 4 weeks....YEAH!!!! Not sure if im getting the stomach flu or what but today i feel super sick to my stomach like im gonna start vomitting any second, cant eat today and can only drink water......grrrrrrr....not at my best today! And lots of gurgling going on today even when im not eating or drinking......anyone else had the flu yet?

If you cant drink the shakes etc....try Isopure it has saved me! No more gagging and now im finally able to get my protein in and feel better! If i dont like the flavor i add crystal light and it has been great!

Since surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago, i have been so super tired! I could sleep all day if i didnt make myself get up! No energy! Any advice! Help!
