Hi.. yes I live in Bradford. No i dont work at Pitt but Im very familiar with it. Did a semester there myself =)

well a bit of loose skin but not too bad..it is a bit weird sometimes when i catch a glimpse of my arm in a weird position and it seems all loose...but its not too bad..i probably only notice it..but yes i do notice a bit..in the arms mostly and in the middle stomach area..but i do have a child too..so pregnancy belly too..the hair loss has been the worst part for me..very thin hair and it doesnt seem to be coming back anytime soon...as far as support my husband is 100% and i was very slective on who i told as i hate 'nay sayers' and people trying to convince u out of it..but just do what u feel..in 3 months you will never look back once..i promise! the first bit is hard and i did second guess it for a bit..but being thin and feeling 'normal' again is the best feeling. hope this helps!
