I am super excited about this blog update!! Not only am I employed again after about a 9 week layoff - but I have also joined a gym and have actually been going and woring out 3 times a week for the past 6 weeks!!!!
I had mentioned in my last blog entry that I had been laid off from work just after the return from my honeymoon in June... and instead of jumping into a good routine at the local gym I sat around, got off of my routine of healthy eating and using my treadmill regularly
I have been gone for a while.
I used to update my blog weekly - there was so much change happening and new things to get used to.
It helped me to record the experience it; kept me accountable to something! I highly recommend keeping journal of your journey!!

The end of WEEK 21 - I got married on Saturday - it was a beautiful sunny day and we had a big picnic with family and friends and said our vows under the huge oak trees at the little church in town... it was a perfect day! I am attaching my bridal picture and as promised I will add some wedding pictures when I get them ( I can't wait to see them)
We honeymooned in New Orleans and had a BLAST!!!

The end of WEEK 20 - Not much was changed this week EXCEPT for the SEVEN POUNDS I lost - I don't know what to attribute the BIG drop to?? Maybe getting off the steroids last week and not being able to exercise shocked my body?? Because I am eating the same...
My Current Routine
Mornings: Boiled egg, 1 veggie sausage, couple of bites of cantalope
Morning: Snack: a veggie sausage, cantalope, watermelon, pineapple... a few bites of each
Lunch: Chicken or fish,
NOt much to report - No exercise because of the poison ivy - getting heated and sweating make its worse :-(
My wedding is 10 days away... I did lose 2lbs this week I was glad the steriods didn't make me gain or hold steady.
I am ready to start exercising again!!! But I really want to get rid of this crap rash before my weddingd day most of all.
