Happy Birthday!

Still losing in inches, not lost a lot of weight though but not gaining either, have not been working out much which s why it's slowed down, but we have to see the big picture here ,long term goals it's easy the first few months then our bodies get used to the changes. It will start up again but we need to make changes an now the work starts, increase cal if eating to few ,watch the slider foods, get hooked up with a good dietitian find a cardio plan that is doable( good word) lol.and keep in touch and help each other out

June was my month too and down 50lbs/50% but super stalling - wondering what and how you've been doing? really want to hear some tips and encouragement bec i've lost most of the weight first 3 months and now sooo slow! dont want to discourage bec i do LOVE the sleeve! share some wisdom pls! xoxo

Hi Holly, I'm doing fine too. Still on soft diet but had 3 grilled shrimp last evening and it went down fine. Lost 20 pounds since surgery. Need to work on exercise now. Am back at work and that is rough as far as getting fluids etc. I don't return for another check until the end of August. So far so good. Just hope I don't become a fanatic. Delmy

I'm doing great. Figuring out what I can and can't do. Down 24 lbs. since surgery. Went back to work last week. It was rough. This week is better. Fluids aren't as easy as they were at first. Looking forward to eating a bigger variety. I try new things all the time.

Hey Girl, How's things. Did you go for your two week dr visit yet? Are you allowed to eat? how are things going?

Had my appt for post op week one down 11lbs, took about 5 min. Didn't even look at sites , guess he trust my skills , did not see dietician either, dang drive by appt. lol

Just got home had to stay an extra day, hernia repair but other than that ok,lots to relearn lol but I don't feel bad
