Is vitamin water ok in phase 2? Im struggling big time and I've been to the er fir dehydration once. Have you had vitaminwater?

I was sleeved this morning! My experience has been great thus far. I have had minimal nausea and pain. I was so nervous about being put to sleep, but it was a breeze. The anesthesiologist started giving me meds on the way to the OR. I dont remember a thing. In recovery, the nurse made sure I got meds at the 1st mention of pain. I feel si blessed to have the best doctors and nurses. I have walked the hallway 2 times and got up for the restroom 5-6 times. I haven't felt hungry or thirsty at all. The

I have been excited throughout this whole process.....until today! I have began freaking out. I have even began to have nightmares about the surgery itself. I have never been put to sleep and I keep wondering what if something goes wrong...I know it sounds crazy but those thoughts keep running through my head.
I went shopping tonight to ease my mind. I bought a few pieces that are 1-2 sizes smaller that what I normally wear. I understand that I will transition and go through a couple

I am 13 days (2.29.12) away from my sleeve day and today reality has finally hit me!! I am sooooo nervous!!! I have never been put to sleep and I think that is what is worrying me the most. I have a great support system but crazy thoughts about the surgery are starting to run through my mind....ALOT!!! Did any of you do anything special to help mentally prepare for you surgery?
