86 lbs lost...What am I doing right? AND What am I doing wrong?

Uber stoked about this weight loss and wanted to share a little of what I have done and have not done.
I believe everything I eat falls into the what am I doing right category.

My 'meat and potatoes' has been hands down the Myoplex 42 grams of protein shake. I have one of these EVERY SINGLE DAY. I started with the powder proteins, but I was SO fatigued. Someone turned me on to these Myoplex shakes because they are loaded down with vitamins...and it tastes the
