Hey everyone! So i had my surgery yesterday, and it went really well I came out of the anesthesia in pain, but they quickly fixed that. I've been up and walkimg the halls several times now. I have the morphine pump and can request other meds if I need em, so i'm staying fairly pain free. I have been so sleepy all day, constantly dozing off. Thank you all for your wonderful support.

I've already discussed this with my doc and I know it's possible and safe, but I'm wondering if there are any other moms out there who breastfed through getting a sleeve? I have a 9 month old little boy who is an avid bf'er so I'm gonna try my hardest to keep it going. My plan is to pump n dump while on unsafe (for him) painkillers, and a soon as I can, switching to prescription strength Advil. I would love to hear anyone else's experiences. Thanks!
