Everything is great an I am very pleased. Dr. Niebles was so good to me. He took care of me from the second I got there to the second I left. I'm so glad I found him and can't wait to go back to finish up with my surgeries. (Arms an a few minor things) I would suggest him to anybody!

Just checking in to see how your surgery with Dr. N. went. I'm hoping to go to him also so am curious if you're happy with your results?? I hope you don't mind that I'm asking. Take care -

5 more pounds to go for my 30 day December challenge .... 49 more pounds more to go for my first major goal! A total of 109 pounds lost so far in 9 months I'm so excited .... The weight loss has really slowed down here lately which is upsetting sometimes but I really haven't exercised like I should an I know I don't get my water in everyday. I'm really going to try to start working on those things. I signed up for a 3 year gym membership 2 weeks ago an I have been going everyday ... Lost of weight lifting an lost of lower body exercises... I don't want to have an surgeries there but I am going to ha MMO this summer. So I just have to stay focused! I feel like a new person it's time to look like a new person! An for all of you debating on getting the sleeve or going to TJ Mexico .... I would do it again to tomorrow ... This has been a wonderful experience!

Well I just did my first day of P90x ..... In no way did I keep up but I did complete it.... BRUTAL....

Yes honey! I am down 100 lbs! And the extra skin is getting to me! But as of monday i will be goin to te gym 5 times a week. i have to lose at least 40 lbs by the end of this year. i need to take my piss like my doc tells me. i am working on it.

Don't be so hard on your self 60lbs is an awesome accomplishment.... we are all proud of you...I go to Almanza on July 19th 2012... I'm, 230 pounds and want to be around 150.... I havent been under 200lbs in proably 20 years. .... Dont let this week get you down just keep pushing ahead.....

I know almost everyone says that they stall about the 3rd week.... But it sure does suck when it happens to you! Not one single pound this last week!
