just found your response to my cry for help re:65+ thanks for caring. I will take your advice and delete and start over. Lovely picture and you give off a very positive vibe....my surgery is April 17 not too far off. Some experience as I have had a band, lost weight but too much internal discomfort. Had it removed ($$$$$) and weight started creeping back, depression from another sense of failure. Back on my feet and looking forward to the future UPS & DOWNS. It's not just food it's love...

Hi, things are going ok. Yesterday was my 3 month mark and down 40 lbs. I have had a lot of stalls and slow loss, but it's coming off slow but sure. How are things going for you? I read your profile and I think you will not only reach your goal but i think in a year you will be down to 150 lbs. This is an educated guess and a gut feeling!Just thought i would pass it along to you!

I am in Goose Creek, just outside of Charleston, SC. How are you feeling so far? I've waited a long time to be able to have the surgery. So far I've lost 32 lbs and have around 55 to go. Well my surgery was Thursday, all went well, worst part was drinking that awful tasteing liquid for the checking for leaks in new tummy... Surgery Thursday at 11, home Friday at 12.. whoo hoo... Since I had not medical issues or problems I got to come home just 25 hours later. I have done well here at the house, I am not getting enough protein right now I know, but slowing I will get there. My husband has been GREAT! At times I think wow I have realy done this and hopefully in a few months I wil lbe a lot lighter
