So enjoyed the reunion! Great to see others and how well everybody is doing. Loved the musician. Enjoyed it all. Today's weight is 258 lbs on the way to my 240 lb goal. That's 98 lbs off my 356 lb start weight. However, last physical reflected 1 1/2" height loss. This height loss greatly impacts BMI calculations now recommending 210 lbs. I'm feeling lean n' healthy; now BMI has me too heavy. May have to reset the goal. May need some Mexican cosmetics to eliminate the accordion around the middle. Recommendations?

Very much looking forward to the Dr Alvarez follow-up reunion in Houston. We're leaving tomorrow for this and some R & R tomorrow. The results reflect an 356 lb Jan start, with an 80 lb loss now 277 on the decent to my 240 lb goal and feeling good. However; there is extra skin. No complaints...life is goood!

This preacher made it through Easter feeling good, lost more weight from 356 to 294, bought new clothes.

Things are going well, went to church today and got many compliments about weight loss. Folks said I thought you had surgery; of course I had. I'll go back to work Wedn. The worst is the first couple of days after surgery, still not bad. Dr. A is a gentleman and fields any issues or problems. I don't have any.

I'm 63 and couldn't be more pleased. As I said before...Dr. Alvarez ROCKS! Great surgery, in hospital care, and follow-up care, meds, and guidance. We arrived home in MN at 8PM. We left Mexico yesterday morning and tonight we sleep in our own bed. I drove the entire way 1600 miles and feel great, there is soreness around the middle but not bad. This is clear fluids week and I will not deviate. It's time to lose some serious weight.

Thank You! Yep, all went amazingly well yesterday the 7th. So far so good! The IV went out this morning and have started the ice chips. Am walking the halls easily and will be discharded tomorrow. Headed home. Life is good and getting better.
