Good Morning! I am almost 2 years out from having my sleeve, and I have gained some of my weight back. I live in the south, so its very hard for me because I was not taught to eat healthy, and I am eating a lot, but nothing compared to what I used to eat before I was sleeved. Please help with some ideas on things to eat. My hubby and I are going to the farmers market this weekend to get some fresh veggies. I would like to get about 75 more pounds off. Thanks for all the help!

As of today I am down 30 lbs, including the 2 week pre op liquid diet. I was sleeved on 1/31/12. Is this a normal weight loss or should I have lost more. I feel like I should have lost more but I don't know. Thanks for the input.

On top of being really tired, today is the first day that I haven't been able to get much of anything down. I had about half a protein shake this morning and a couple of bites of mashed potatoes and about a quarter of a bottle of water. Has anyone else ever had a day where they just can't seem to get anything down. I don't have any nausea or vomiting, just feel full when I take a sip of water. I know I need to get my fluids but it's impossible today.

This morning I woke up and felt good (I actually got some sleep last night), however as the morning has gone on and I have been drinking my protein shake I have started to feel "full". I feel like I can't get my shake down. I put it in the fridge to try again later, and now i'm just sipping on water. I have taken my vitamins, b-12, pepcid, and a gas x strip, but still feel full. Could this be because I did my protein shake last night instead of the morning, or something else? Please help!
