I hurt. I am bruised. I am sore. I am hungry. Broth makes me nauseous. I am still sleeping sitting up. I am still coughing things up. I want to take a shower. I want something to eat. I want it to stop hurting. I can't imagine putting a bra on for work. I can't believe this..the headache is harsh..crushed meds taste so gross. I am suppose to be on the 3 week pre op diet of- 1 small meal (protein/fruit, or protien/cheese), 1 a little bigger meal (lean protein and green veggie), and 2 meal replacement protien shakes per day. I realize that everyon is different and that everyone's Dr advise/rules are different. That being said..all the things I have read (including my Dr's information booklet) says that you will lose around 2 lbs a week. But looking at tickers as I go through it seems that almost everyone is losing more than that. There seem to be very few that have not lost 60 pounds in 3months or so. which would work out to around 5 per week....
I just don't want to get my hopes up or hopes crushed....
